For booking we need your Swiss health insurance card. The 20-digit insurance number is mandatory — it serves to identify you uniquely with your health insurance (compliant with the Swiss Data Protection Act, Art. 6 revFADP, Art. 42 KVG).
On request, the consultation may take place via our own encrypted video conferencing service on our practice server — once all patient documents (prior reports, imaging, laboratory results) have reached us and the practice has confirmed the video consultation. You will receive the video access by email with an individual appointment link.

Initial visit at the practice: history, examination, discussion of treatment options. Approximately 30 minutes.
